How it works

What this project is testing.

Wireless energy demos usually move power through magnetic fields instead of direct contact. One coil creates a changing magnetic field, and a nearby coil picks up part of that changing field.

The experiment demonstrates inductive coupling. Distance, coil alignment, and resonance decide how much energy actually makes it across the gap.
